Victor Osimhen has completed a whopping €50 million transfer to Napoli, becoming the most expensive Nigerian player ever and the fifth-costliest African player in history.

The 21-year-old has completed a transfer from LOSC Lille to the Serie A side after impressing in the 2019/20 Ligue 1 campaign.
He joins Napoli in a deal worth a reported €50 million (R1.1 billion), plus add-ons, after the Italian club confirmed the transfer on Friday.
Osimhen helped Nigeria win the U17 World Cup in 2015, and finished as the tournament’s top goalscorer with 10 goals.
He made his full Nigeria debut in June 2017, and has 10 senior caps to his name thus far.
