Information reaching Inside Sources now revealed that Former England captain Wayne Rooney has been arrested on suspicion of drunk and driving.
According to report coming in from London the Everton striker who drove in his Volkswagen was arrested by police near his home in Chesire, England around 2am after a night out on Thursday.
