Information reaching Inside Sources now reveals that the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) Ogbomosho has suspended the strike which has kept the students of the institution away from studies for close to four months now.

Lautech governing body findings reveals that the Tuesday meeting which suspends the four months strike is the second time in two yearswhen academy activities in the institution started facing series of challenges.

According to ASUU Secretary in LAUTECH Dr. Abegunrin who confirmed the suspension said academic activities will kick off in the institution on Monday, October 23.

Dr. Abegunrin however insisted that October 23 resumption date is certain after series of resumption dates earlier proposed failed.
