Popular Tanzanian female actor Elizabeth Michael Lulu has been sentenced to a 2 years’ imprisonment by the high court sitting at the Tanzanian capital Dar es Salaam for the death of her boyfriend Steven Kanumba.
According to information gathered, the actress was found guilty of manslaughter, following an evidence showing that she was the last person to leave the deceased’s house on April 7th 2012 when he died.
The deceased younger brother Seth Bosco during the Monday November 13 sitting told the court that Lulu and Kanumba had a serious quarrel on that fateful day his brother died, shouting at each because the actress picked a call from another man in his presence.
Bosco further disclosed that Lulu rushed out of the room to inform him that Kanumba had fallen, they called on a doctor who later pronounce Kanumba dead after examining him.
