Paradoxically, Governor Yahaya Bello who also violated the law by registering twice as a voter and which is a criminal offence is been shielded through immunity.
It is high time our constitution is amended on the issue of immunity. Immunity should only cover against civil prosecution and not criminal prosecution.
Whoever commits criminal offence should be sanctioned.
