After denying the allegations on several occasions via her facebook page the truth seems to be coming clear on the bank fraud allegations against a popular Yoruba actress Yewande Adekoya popularly known as Kudi Klepto as she was said to have been placed under house arrest in the United States of America.
A report by Kemi Ashefon of love haven seems to have shed more light on the issue the actress and her husband has been trying for some time now to paint white to the world.
The Kemi Ashefon side of the story states that the Yewande is still in Atlanta because the American police in Atlanta Georgia has seized her passport and so she cannot be anywhere in Nigeria as she and her husband Abiodun claimed in her recent Instagram and facebook post.
Yewande and Abiodun in order to debunk the story making waves of the Nollywood actress been placed on house arrest in America over her involvement in bank transactions fraud to the tune of over $3million, released an Instagram video claiming she was in the premises of Lagos Television LTV 8 in Nigeria while the statement released on her page states that she has not travelled abroad this year.
source in Atlanta Georgia was quoted saying “is that the kind of video to release for such grave allegations? Its shoddy lacks substance and her husband is the one doing that on social media. Unfortunately for the couple, they are adding more to their woes. Yewande should come out with her family and make a proper video and share Christmas family photos as other celebs have been doing, if she is truly in Nigeria,”
Another report disclosed that Yewande got herself into trouble due to a failed transaction with some Atlanta based yahoo boys in a transaction which worth over $3million
The report also disclosed that some Nigerians residing in Atlanta are well aware of the case and at some point tried to raise lawyers to defend and prove her innocent.
