This might be good news for private candidates and those willing to seat for the West African Examination as the body responsible for conducting the examination, West African Examination Council (WAEC) has concluded on its plans to conduct the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) twice a year starting from 2018.
The examination body after series of consultations and meetings made this announcement on its official twitter handle @waecnigeria yesterday that the 1st series of the examination will be conducted between January and Februrary, while the 2nd series will come between August and October of every year.
