English Premier league, New Manchester United manager, Jose Mouringo has made known to (ManU) fans that his philosophy is quite different because he finally find himself in his dream club, according to him, he try to adapt to what he have in his hand and it’s the only thing that given him strengths in life.
Jose Mourinho, focus as manager is not centre on one direction, rather, a manager should be creative for him to win a match. And for Jose Mourinho, adapts a style to reality to attain his dream for a particular game.
Mourinho also talk about the process of academy players graduating to the first team.
