GRIEZMAN HOPEFUL FOR BARCA
La Liga giant, FC Barcelona are still in serious discussion for the possibility of having its Atletico Madrid counterpart striker Antoine Griezmann to join the Spanish side before the closure of the January transfer window.
An insider of FC Barcelona hinted that while the signing of Brazilian playmaker Philippe Coutinho has dashed the hope of having the French national in their line-up because of the €100m buyout clause and offer a package to put Griezmann on a salary structure similar to that of Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez, as the club’s highest paid players.
ARSENAL WOO RAFINHA WITH 20 EURO
Despite the huge demand Arsene Wenger is leaving no stone unturned in order to have the Brazilian born Barca central midfielder Rafael Alcántara do Nascimento popularly known as Rainha into the North London club side.
A report from Catalunya Radio, disclosed that Rafinha will be leaving the Spanish La Liga side this January in search for a club that would offer him regular pitch display.
Rafinha may be leaving Barca on loan as the duo of Celta Vigo and Inter Milan have registered their interest while Arsenal has made a move of €20 million permanent move for the Brazilian star.
