In Rivers State We have no available land to giveaway for cow colony, oil spillage in the Niger delta has withered the grasses on our land to an unappealing brown so how can we give what we don’t have access to, but if it’s water they seek, that we can provide only if they will take their cows to the centre of Bonny high sea.
