English Premiere league Clubs Southampton and Crystal Palace has joined the host of other clubs in England seeking to have Nigerian youngster, Henry Onyekuru on their start-up line as the transfer window opens.
The duo South Hampton and Crystal Palace indicated their interest barely 24 hours after Anderlecht and Club Brugge decleared their interest for the 19 year old striker for the sum of £6.7million (about N3.3bn ).
Also on the list for the the KAS Eupen of Belgium teenage player are Everton, Bournemouth and Liverpool as Celtic FC failed in their bid to sign him last January.
Onyekuru, whose fifth goal in seven games on Sunday has helped Belgian Eupen fc side from going down 1-2 to Genk hasfurther increased his goal for the season to 18.
However, Premier League clubs will need to outbid Anderlecht and Club Brugge and offer wages of around £32,000 a week for him to qualify for a work permit under the totting-up procedure.
While he is yet to make his full international debut for Nigeria, Onyekuru is at the verge to become Belgium ‘s player of the year.
