The Communal clash between Ilagbo and Oriyanri communities have claimed the lives of three people with several others injured during the annual Kilajolo festival in the community recently.
A Police Inspector who had attempted to bring the situation under control was killed alongside two other persons while Sixteen houses, including vehicles and motorcycles were burnt by the rampaging youths at the cause of the clash.
The warring youths according to reports were said to have used dangerous weapons such as guns, cutlasses and knives
Our Sources hinted that 16 persons had so far been arrested in connection with the clash while the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni, visited the community to address some community leaders.
