Operatives of the Lagos Command of the Nigerian Police yesterday raided the hideouts of the deadly Badoo cult cult group in Ikorodu and arrested over 100 suspected members of the cult group.
Inside Sources gathered that Men of the Lagos Police Command who worked inconjuction with the Gani Adams led Oodua People’s Congress OPC and other Local Vigilante Groups in the area stormed the hideout of the cult group that has been terrorizing the area for some time now and arrested over 100 able bodied men suspected to members of the group.
Source in the Police who spoke under anonymity revealed that the arrests was as a result of the recent closed-door meeting between top Police authorities in Lagos and OPC leader Gani Adams with other local vigilante groups last week.
