Nigerian born music producer and singer Samuel Oguachuba popularly known as Samklef has penciled down a multi-million naira record deal with Akon’s KonLive Distribution and KES Entertainment Record Label, in a joint venture partnership with KonLive, En-Treeg and Simcol Entertainment.
Akon who is at the top the 2017 list of richest African musicians said Samklef was signed to KonLive records because he is the best all-around entertainer from Nigeria.
According to Akon, everything Samklef touches turns to gold and his first single “Philo” is expected to quickly climb the charts once it is released.
Samklef before leave his home country Nigeria for America has worked as a music producer, with some of the biggest in Nigeria’s music industry including Sunny Neji, Ruggedman, Durella, Simi, Wizkid, Skales, D’Prince, Jahdiel, Ice Prince, Olamide, and Vector to mention a few.
Born and breed in Lagos, the multi-talented music artist, producer, DJ and video director Samklef was one of the producer’s behind RCA record label Wizkid’s path to success who produced 6 tracks on Wizkid’s successful debut album, “Superstar,” that sky rocketed him to international success.
Samklef’s made his way into the Nigerian Music Industry with his debut album titled, “NONI” which was released in 2010 followed by an international edition titled, “NONILIZING”, released in January 2011.
