A reliable source has disclosed that, accusation of importation of illegal arms may soon be levied against the Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB Nnamdi Kanu
According to the source; the Nigerian government would illegally purchase arms in the name of IPOB and while shipping it to Nigeria, the arms will be intercepted at Lagos or en-route to Biafra land.
This according to the source will further create tension and justify the call for re-arrest and turn few sympathizers against him.
Going further; the source noted that there is a clear effort to activate military occupation in Biafra land and, or to cow the people of Biafra into soft pedaling their agitation that has saturated everywhere in the eastern part of Nigeria as Biafra flag that used to be a taboo has suddenly become a holy thing in possession by everyone.
Caging Nnamdi Kanu or calming Biafra agitation remains the priority of the government and by way of accusing him of illegal arms importation, the ‘secessionist’ tag will be made colorful.
The source further disclosed that declaration of no-election in Biafra land will definitely come with a lot of things; political leaders and their counterparts are working assiduously to take away the order and save their political career from extinction.
