The detention of Jagun, Alhaji Fatai Diekola at the Ilesa prison as turned into blessing to about 200 inmates who are still serving jail term due to of their inability to pay their fine option.
Succor came the way of the inmates when Dr Deji Adeleke, the father of famous hip pop artist Davido was accompanied by former Speaker of Osun state House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Rafiu Adejare Bello and Barrister Amos to Ilesa prison yesterday evening to see and sympathise with Alhaji Fatai Diekola and 5 others who were arrested and detained in Ilesa Prison by Osun state government.
Dr Adeleke during the visit paid the fine option of 200 prisoners and also ordered 700 mattresses and pillows for the convenience of the inmates and charged those that regained freedom to behave well in the society.
