Crisis broke out yesterday at Apapa area of Lagos State between tanker driver and policemen which led to the burning down to two banks Sterling and Diamond banks
According to eye witness, trouble started when one of the tanker driver refused to give a policeman money led to a heated argument leading to the policeman fired a shot resulting in the death of the tanker driver
