- Providing the needed leadership with fresh ideas for repositioning and rebranding of PDP with a view to retrieving Nigerian People’s Democratic mandate.
- Leading the party to present winning candidates for the 2019 elections.
- Strengthening the People’s Democratic Party ( PDP) Institute, for maximum functionality as the party’s key intellectual policy think tank and resource goggle for the party, as well as well as for the new PDP government to be formed.
- Promoting party sustainability at the ward, local government, state and national level, through viable business ventures and investments.
- Ensuring party internal democracy and party discipline.
- Implementing standard financial regulations to conform with international best practices on transparency and accountability.
- Providing enabling environment for the welfare of staff at the party’s headquarters in Wadata plaza and at the Wards, Local governments, and States.
- Ensuring the welfare of all party members through the provision of group insurance, welfare and social security packages.
- Informing members of programs and activities of the party on daily basis through innovative channels.
- Leading the party by example, with team work and tapping on the potentials of all members of the Central Working Committee (CWC) and all organs of the party including members in the Diaspora.
- Deploying innovative and fresh ideas for party membership drive and on other Party issues.
- Developing the capacity of all members at all levels to key into the new vision of the Party.
- Sustaining the various reconciliation efforts by institutionalizing Peace and conflict resolution strategies.
- Ensuring implementation of the party frame works, party constitution, party manifesto and relevant Party reports.
- Recognizing the supremacy of the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the constitution of the Party.
