FORMER OSUN STATE GOVERNOR APPOINTED NIMC BOSS

Information reaching Inside Sources now revealed that the former Governor of Osun State Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola has been appointed as the Chairman of the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) in Abuja.

Oyinlola who defeacted to the ruling All Progressive Congress APC prior to the 2015 general election was a two term governor of Osun state under the people’s Democratic Party PDP but was ousted from office few months into his second term administration by the Osun election tribunal which brought in Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola as the governor.

According to sources at the office of the National Identity Management Commission oyinlola appointment takes effect immediately.

Meanwhile loyalist to the former governor at the state capital in Osogbo has stirred up jubilation over the appointment adding that after serving in various capacities for the APC and his recent appointment, is long overdue.
