FEDERAL COURT JUDGE HANDS OFF CASE INVOLVING BOKO HARAM SUSPECTS

Justice John Tsoho of the Federal High Court Abuja yesterday withdrew himself from the trial of the eight suspected Boko Haram terrorist charged before his court in Abuja.

Justice Tsoho according to sources decided to stay off the case following an application filled by six of the defendants demanding that their case be transferred from his court.

Inside Sources gathered that the defendants are facing trial at an Abuja Division of the court for the alleged murder of five foreigners who were abducted from a construction site in Kebbi State in 2011, were also accused of masterminding another murder of seven other foreigners in Borno State which were abducted from another construction site in Bauchi State in February 2013, and taken to the Sambisa forest.
