Human right lawyer Femi Falana (SAN) has joined his voice with that of the Archbishop Emeritus of the Catholic Archdiocese of Lagos, Anthony Cardinal Olubunmi Okogie saying that the general overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church Of God Pastor Enoch Adeboye is only creating business centres and not churches.
The legal luminaire in a conference condemned Pastor Adeboye’s plan of establishing more churches so that everyone can have a church within a walking distance which almost led to a controversy at the conference as a handful attendees kicked against the idea.
The 59 year old Falana who according to an online news website Naija Pals is the father of the Nigerian musician cum actor Folarin Falana popularly known as Falz contested and lost the governorship election of Ekiti State in 2007 on the platform of National Conscience Party, a party he served as National Chairman in 2011.
