The Ayo Animashaun’s Hip TV was on Monday thrown into confusion as the entertainment based cable television station was engulfed in an inferno from yet to be identified source.
The Television station situated at the entrance of Hilton Ogundana street off the popular Allen avenue, a stone throw away from the Onigbongbo local council development area of Ikeja left some part of the building which housed the studio been razed before the situation was brought under control.
Speaking shortly after the incident the chief executive officer HIP TV formally known as Hip Hop World Ayo Animashaun said the fire destroyed some transmission equipments while some of his staff sustained minor injuries before the arrival of Lagos state firefighting team who brought the situation under control.
