LIBERIAN PRESIDENT BAGS NIGERIAN CHIEFTAINCY TITLE ADA DI OHA NMA OF IMO

The Imo state governor Owele Rochas Okorocha has again made history as he honored the Liberian president Mrs. Ellen Johnson Sirleaf with a Chieftaincy title of “ADA DI OHA NMA” of Imo State.

Following the erection of the South African president Jacob Zuma’s statue in the state penultimate month, the palace of the Eze Imo was on Thursday November 9 2017 paid host to the creme-de-la-crème of the Imo traditional council when the Chairman of the imo State Council of Traditional Rulers, HRM, Eze Samuel Ohiri conferred the tittle Ada di oha nma which mean “The Daughter that is good for all” on African first female president.

The conferment Inside sources gathered was part of Mrs Sirleaf’s two day visit to Imo state on the invitation of the Rochas Foundation College of Africa.

Eze Ohiri during the Conferment of the Chieftaincy title on Mrs. Sirleaf, said she deserved to be honored for making Africa proud especially the women folks.

Speaking at the event the out-going president of Liberia Mrs. Sirleaf said she was happy to be in Imo State and noted that generally speaking Africa as a Continent and the nations that Constitute the region have not done badly in all Considerations, adding that with Education, hard work and Unity of purpose, Africa would soon get to the Promised Land.
