FORMER CAMEROONIAN DEFENDER DIES AT 55

Information reaching Inside Sources now revealed that former Cameroon international Benjamin Massing has been confirmed dead at his home in Edea in Cameroon

Massing whose crunching tackles at the 1990 World Cup in Italy earned him an infamous reputation according to news coming in from the French speaking west African country died at the age of 55.

Former Cameroon international Patrick Mboma who took to his social media page to express the loss shortly after paying tribute to the family of the late footballer said “we all have our heroes. It is hard to wake up and hear that one of them has gone. A lion never dies, he sleeps! Farewell champion,”

The defender who died on Sunday night once played for the France based football club Creteil and had body won 34 caps for his country during his career between 1986 and 1992.
