Fans and lovers of the popular Yoruba star actress Kudirat Odukanmi Eluyemi who was widely known as Iyabo Oko could not say in particular what has kept the actress away from the industry for a period running over two years now.
Meanwhile, the actress who just jet into the country from India will still be off the screen pending when she made up her mind on either or not to return to the profession that has earned her a lot of fame and encomium.
Iyabo Oko, Inside Sources gathered has suffered from partial stroke in the last two years moving from a Nigerian hospital in Yaba, Lagos to an undisclosed hospital in the United Kingdom before heading to India where she finally got rid of the ailment at the last month of 2017.
The actress in June 2016 barely a month to the date set aside by the City People Entertainment to honor her with a Special Recognition Award, for her immense contribution to the growth of the Yoruba movie industry, went down with partial stroke and was first admitted at a hospital inside the Army Barracks in Yaba area of Lagos where she was diagnosed with CDA and after spending weeks at the hospital was flown to the UK for proper treatment and subsequently her eldest based in India later move to India where the ailment was treated.
Oko according to reports right now has slimmed down and may stay off entertainment industry for some time
