Pro Oshiomhole Men Gets Lagos High Court’s orders Against APC NEC Meeting of 17th March.

The pro Oshiomhole faction of the APC NWC members are not giving up on their determination to stop the earlier scheduled APC NEC meeting of 17 March. Just as the anti Oshiomhole group got the FCT high court order approving the meeting, while restraining the Oshiomhole’s faction from disrupting the meeting; the pro Oshiomhole group has in a twist of event gone to the Federal High Court in Lagos to get an order, to prevent APC from holding any NEC meeting, without the presence of the trio of Sen Abiola Ajimobi, Waziri Bulama, Prince Paul Chukuma.

For earlier this year, Sen Abiola Ajimobi was appointed as Ag. Deputy National Chairman SW, Waziri Bulama was also appointed as Ag. national secretary who was called to resume duty by Oshiomhole aftee he was suspended, and Prince Paul Chukuma appointed as Ag. National Auditor. However, since their appointment, they have not been inaugurated into the NWC of the APC before the suspension of Adams Oshiomhole who was chairman as at the time of their appointment.

This development is similar to what transpired when Oshiomhole was suspended by an interlocutory order of the Abuja High Court; when Oshiomhole thereafter run to the Kano High Court to get a counter order. But till date, the Kano order has been ineffective, because they are both courts of coordinate jurisdiction. Now that the Lagos High Court has given an order, which goes against that earlier given by the Abuja court, and since they are both of coordinate jurisdiction, the Lagos order might as well be ignored, just as that party did to the Kano order.
