Real Madrid left back Sergio Reguilon has finally made a decision to join Manchester United after weeks of links according to the latest reports.
The Spanish international has long been linked with a move to Old Trafford with him out of favour at Santiago Bernabeu. Spanish side Sevilla were also looking to have him for one more season after spending the 2019/20 season on loan at the club. And Reguilon was said to be still pondering his next move.
And now, the 23 year old has made the final decision to join United after being impressed by Ole Gunnar Solksjaer project and what’s more, the United offer was too interesting to turn down.
Real Madrid and Manchester United are now said to be locked into negotiations with a deal highly likely to be concluded very soon.
United manager Ole Gunnar Solksjaer has been targeting Reguilon to bolster his left back options with Luke Shaw injury prone and Brandon Williams more comfortable in the right back role and he seems to be finally getting his man.
