Prince Ahanotu
Speaking with Journalist in Abuja, Ahanotu who is currently serving as the Deputy National Secretary of the Labour party and also doubles as the Director ICT, informed Nigerians over the sundry preparations of the party ensuring that the forth coming Presidential elections come 2023, Mr. Peter Obi will emerge.
He said that, as the Nation all knows, INEC Lift of ban on campaigns gives leverage to all supporters of Obi both home and in Diaspora, adding that, the party has already been enjoying the good movement of its supporters group and the party is also prepared to go fully into campaigns.
“Our party has been overwhelmed based on the product the party has presented as the Presidential aspirant of the Labour party, Mr. Peter Obi.
Our Presidential Flag bearer, Obi has a track record in the past.
As a matter of fact, while serving as the Governor of Anambra state, he took education as one of his priorities, he brought the standard of education from 23rd to 1st position in the political history of Nigeria given the fact that education is the light of the day and if you’re educated, you will also give back education to your people as a Nation.” He said.
Ahanotu also thanked Nigerians for the show of Love witnessed in the massive turn out as people in Abuja walked kilometres in solidarity for Peter Obi, also in JOS, BAUCHI, GOMBE and Lagos State.

“What shocked people is that, Nigerians are doing this Voluntarily, so going into campaigns, we are excited that campaigns are finally here and we have lots to share to Nigerians in terms of strategies and we are coming out with our Manifestos to further consolidate on the level of goodwill we are enjoying from Nigerians.”
“During our harmonization, there were rumours that Obi is a regional Person, that he is difficult, untill my visit to Bauchi, Taraba and Gombe States and I personally saw a mammoth crowd for Obi, even my colleagues who visited Kebbi, Zamfara and Sokoto states could attest on the lockdown in support of Obi in those areas.” Ahanotu said.
Speaking further,
“Eighty percent (80%) turn out in Taraba state in support of Obi even in Adamawa including different support groups for Obi were also recorded.
Even though they call us social media people, we keep doing what we know best as Obidient family.
With what was happening before the lift on ban for campaigns, some people had thought campaigns had begun because of crowd here and there for Obi, Nigerians are truly tired of the broom and umbrella, they want to deal or test Humans like them
Quoting that it’s only humans you can approach and asked questions on issues affecting the family or the Nation.”
He urged Nigerians to come and see what is happening in Labour party and that the party is the only political party that has a human face.
He concluded that, in Labour Party everything is complete, “even our fathers who are contesting this election with us might end up going home to relax.” He said.
