A vetenary doctor in Abuja occupying one of the government offices has been accused of occupying the office wrongly. In a Press statement signed by the Coalition of Civil Societies in Abuja, its president, Abdullahi said, ”Doctor Babagana Adams should vacate the office he is occupying now”.
The President of the group further said that, doctor Babagana is now alleged to be defaming a Professional Consultant in AMAC due to the mistake of the Previous administration of the FCTA under the leadership of Mallam Mohammed Bello.
The group leader further said, the case is in Fct High Court, where one of the Licensed Advertising Consultant Dr Donald Amagbo (rpi) who was contracted by a Company ( Takushara Nig Ltd) by AMAC to regulate outdoor Mandate to raise Revenue for AMAC with targeted amount.
The Director of department of Outdoors Advertising and Signage ( DOAS) by a FCT High Court in NYANYA by Justice Muyiwa.
This complex of illegality might rob the integrity of the new administration if not looked deeply into. The group leader said.
Efforts made to reach Dr Babagana to hear his own side proved abortive as of the time of filing this report.
